    Troubleshooting LN-T5271F (Bad panel?)

So I recently picked up a Samsung LN-T5271F that the owner said did not power up. I got it home and noticed the following:

    1. While it hesitates, I could power it on
    2. It was clear that it was opened already
    3. The Caps look good.

    The image has two problems

    1. There is ghosting of the image
    2. There is a vertical line on the right side.

I am attaching pictures. I guess my question before I go any further is whether the panel itself is bad or if I should try swapping boards.

could be bad panel/tab bond, maybe try holding your palm on frame/bezel on front where line is and tap the back of tv, if that dont change anything tap it a little harder, some folks tap right on the screen where the line is, if you do tap on the screen, tap lightly, the screens are delicate, if the line goes away or changes, its prob. a bad panel.

which cock is "Parks and Recreation"?? i'm Italian i don't understand.. :-) sorry i joke...
You say GHOSTING but for what i can translate it is not a ghosted image, apart reseating the lvds cable, for the red line i'm quite sure is tab bonds, for the rest of screen problems is probably the same or other contact problem like bga chip soldering, for the power on hesitation is probably bad caps on psu.
