So I recently picked up a Samsung LN-T5271F that the owner said did not power up. I got it home and noticed the following:

1. While it hesitates, I could power it on
2. It was clear that it was opened already
3. The Caps look good.

The image has two problems

1. There is ghosting of the image
2. There is a vertical line on the right side.

I am attaching pictures. I guess my question before I go any further is whether the panel itself is bad or if I should try swapping boards....
