Installed the ysus from shopjimmy

And tv is working!

Ysus does make a buzzing noise
Depending on the channel it is on it gets louder and lower but not as bad as the old ysus board

This has nice picture
I was planning on giving this, set to my niece but im rethinking it now haha jk

I will replace the caps before I put it back together

This set is pretty heavy for a 32 inch but guessing its because of the thick plate glass that is used to protect the panel

Awesome. And I wouldn't sweat the Ysus buzz they do that when they start having to work harder and quite down when they are not working as hard!

Yay glad to see one of these mini plasma panels saved from the landfill.

Also, remember to check the voltages with a solid solid white screen after the TVs been on for about 20 minutes to make sure that your voltages are correct and in spec.

Does this panel have some sort of screen protection option that has a scrolling bar or white screen wash to remove image retention, if so use either of those they will work.
If not then use a bluray or a dvd with test patterns/colors.
