Upon plugging in the red standby light is lit, but pressing power button does nothing. Checking the PS voltages, I see that PS-ON has got 5V and all the other voltages are present (12, 24, 3.3), except for the O/I (or O/F) is 0V. I jumped that with the 3.3V from the pin next to it using a resistor, and the backlights lit up.
I'm thinking this has to be a main board problem, but this board is rare and expensive. I couldn't find an eeprom for this model but I tried one from a close model # but same problem. Any ideas??
