Sony KDL-46Z5100 No Video No Sound

Here's what I know so far...
On power up I get the green light, relay click, and the SONY Logo on the frame lights up. No sound or video. Back-light is working. I can get the LCD panel to do a few seconds of full screen single color. If the TCON connector is unplugged while the back-light is on, it appears that the TCON does a "Test" of the panel by rotating thru some single color test patterns. After about 10 seconds the set detects the TCON fault (cable unplugged) and shuts down w/ the red light blinking.
Does this show that the TCON is OK?
I've checked the fuses on the main board w/ continuity and by checking for voltage on both sides of the fuses.
Any ideas what to check next?
I've not had any luck in finding the service manual or schematic for this model.

I'd start with making sure all the voltages at the plugs are correct on the power supply board, careful HIGH VOLTAGE on ac side, could be a tcon, voltage at tcon can be checked.

This link lists models 46S4100. Is this comparable with the Z 5100 model I have?
I seem to be having a senior moment, I can not see a link for downloading the PDF's.
I've tried 3 different browsers. What am I missing?

I'm thinking there must be some kind of common problem that has a lot of these kdl models displaying the same test screens as you describe, I have same issue read about a lot more.

OK, I've checked the voltages at the connectors, all appear to be correct. The fuses on the TCON are good. The manuals for this model are not available at elektrotanya. Any other sites I can check?

Just a quick follow-up for others that have this model. The problem was the main board (BU), found one on ebay that fixed the TV. The test pattern described earlier does appear to indicate a functioning TCON board. Finding the manuals was the hardest chore. I spent way too much time downloading files from the slowest site I've ever encountered (free-service-manual-download.com). And none of the ones I downloaded would open!!!
Here are the files I used:
