I have a Samsung PN50C550 that works great but only displays the top half of the picture. Any ideas what board(s) may be causing this? Attached are pics of the innerds and picture of display problem.

could be tcon board, make sure you have a good connection where your lvds cable plugs into it. -

Bad Y-buffer board is quite likely, looks like one chip has failed on it so the signal has gone missing for all following chips.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
