Power board not working but power light on.

Morning, I have a 2008 Sanyo 4232 Plasma TV , power board capacitors have all been replaced but still will not full power up. All internal parts are by Samsung but the power board is not ... . looking for wiring diagram for this TV , where would i look....Thanks Rod.wa

what I do first is check all the voltages at the plugs to see it they are correct, you MUST BE VERY CAREFUL, the power supply has very high voltage on some parts, probably enough to kill, not sure.

Do you have your 5v stand by and 12v voltages?
