The one from EBAY (B32529 series) is general purpose not high pulse, DV/DT: It is not going to last.
Seller claimed:'10 pieces Epcos High-Pulse Strength 1000 pF 630 VDC, +/- 5% Radial Polycarbonate capacitor. Manufacturer # B32529C8102J. Brand new.' I wonder if the seller bother to look at the spec of B32529 series, see page 22 of the spec sheet.
