philips 42pfp5532d/05, error codes ?

hi guys.
just got hold of this 42"plasma,
pluged it in, and get standby light, this flashes twice, then goes off, then repeats,
turned it on and got blue light for around 3 seconds and goes back to flashing red stand by, as above.
is this a error code ?

update, had the back off, 6 really bad caps on power supply,
now all 6 replaced and still doing the same thing,
disconnected the x and y and still the same, so another issue on power supply,
time to get the meter out

I had one of these doing similar - blown fuse on power board. No shorts found, so I replaced it and it's been perfect ever since.

just had another quick look at this, just found out that 2 flashes of the red standby light indicates error on 12v rail,
also checked va and vs, these are very bad, va = 8volts vs = 15 volts, so i think i'll give up with this one for now, as don't seem to have the time.
as a side note, i unpluged the t-con but left everything else connected and the tv turns on with blue on light, but no volts change.
any ideas ?
