Started happening a week ago and would usually go away if the set was turned off and back on. This is persisting now unchanged. Panel issue?

Logic/panel control board or main board IMHO.
Panel itself is OK...
If control board has a self-test use that to diagnose which board is bad... otherwise it's hit and miss as to which is causing the fault.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
