vizio e65 e3 LED tv color vertical lines center tv only

I recently replaced the led backlights with LB65041 LED Backlight Strips and after putting it back together the backlights work but there are only colored vertical lines only in the center of the tv. I can see the Netflix logo (jumbled) after a minute or less the screen went dark. When I turned it on again the lines were back. Then I replaced the t-con board but the same vertical lines in the picture. My question is what is my next step? Could it be a source tab bond issue? A buffer board issue? Could I have loosened a connection to the panel when replacing the backlights? Should I replace the cable strips from the tcon board to the buffer boards?
Not a lot of previous experience with tv repair. The tv has already been replaced (wife) lol but I still like the tv and I'd like to fix it. I guess if someone could break down a progression of actions to take that would be a big help. Youtube and shop jimmy have only limited scope and never have a complete series of actions to take.

Take the back off and retrace your steps, you've either not plugged something in right or damaged a tab bond.

searched for E65-E3 youtube videos. Found 2 (1 by shopjimmy) and both were terrible

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GC5...nnel=ShopJimmy
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzXa...el=scottyfixit

I'm assuming you didn't damage the flex cable between panel glass and buffer boards at the bottom of the LCD panel (shopjimmy video called this buffer boards)

shopjimmy video is terrible implying removing the buffer board before removing the panel ( would destroyed the panel by peeling off the tab bonded flex ). guy in the other video was handling the LCD panel without suction cups with bare hands (easy to damage)

Also check the flex cable between t-con and buffer board is seated properly? cable to connection fitting usually have notches on both sides and need to be keyed in properly.

I'm in Seattle. PM me and perhaps a phone call to go over your dis/reassembly method would be helpful.

        Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
        by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

Vizio E70-E3 Two white vertical lines
        by brad2157
I picked up a Vizio E70-E3 for free that shows Vizio logo and then goes to a black screen. Original owner said he started having wifi issues and then he tried to reset the TV and that's when it wouldn't boot up any longer after his reset attempt. I picked up a replacement main board from eBay that matches the same model # board as the original from the TV.

Original main board - Shows Vizio logo when TV powers on, then goes to black screen. Doesn't boot up. No screen issues with any lines on start up Vizio logo.

Replacement main board - Boots up fine, but starting...

TCL 55S425 few horizontal lines, potential failure on both side of panel/buffer board
        by howardc64
All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
        • TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
        • Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault

A1312 (27” iMac 2009-2011) A1407 (Thunderbolt Display) A1316 (Cinema Display) Display Black Screen Repair

        Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....
