How do I check this power supply? I have read that the capacitors and/or diodes burn out. I have some knowledge of electronics and have some test equipment. Included are pictures of board.

No DC outputs on any one of the white connectors (not the AC input connector with Black and White wires for the AC feeding the board)?
Are there any voltage labels next to the connectors?Never stop learning
