Vizio 42 Tuner - Can They Out?

Sorry I don't have model but the person mentioned that the dish network guys had to hook the tv thru a DVD player but now that doesn't work either.

Any ideas ? Thanks for all your help

Sorry about that..... was watching the Vikings/Packers game while typing.

The Vizio 42 inch is 3 years old & a year ago would only get picture if signal was going thru DVD player or some other separate source. Now.... the person said that won't work either.

Is this a main board issue? Is the tuner part of the TV not on the main board?
