    Samsung QN75QN95B with One Connect

    Hello all,
I have a 75" QLED TV that I love. This morning ,as I'm watching a show, it shut off and no luck turning it on. Unplugged and waited an hour, and no activity. No clicking "On Relay" like it normally does.
I see many have issues with the mammoth external one connect box. I was going to buy one, but used on eBay they're in the $300 range with no returns. Is there a way to know if it's TV or One Connect?
    Thanks

Check the capacitance of these metal film capacitors in the PFC circuit.

Ok, sounds good.. I'll get started on this shortly. I'm assuming this one connect is dead until it gets a signal from the TV to turn on. The connector to the TV is not labeled, so I'm not sure how to simulate a "go" from the TV. Would that be the area to get started? as I don't know if there is anything wrong with this one connect, or if the issue is with the main board on the TV?

OCB can also tested as stand alone , if PWM worked and can find V on cold area.... at the boards which ports installed on it Tuner USB HDMI. there are SOP8 SPI and this boards go to downside boards on it there are PS_ON. we provide from the SPI pin8 3.3V to pins of the socket then BL V 350 etc will be on and 12V too to MB...
this is last stage you go , yours first check hot part and find out V on cold area

Your power supply should constantly output 17v, when the TV turns on, a second voltage VDRV should also appear.

Remove the tape and look at the markings near the connector.

Trying to Save - Samsung 65" The Frame (QN65LS03B) with no signs of life (One Connect Box)
                  by KYBOSH
I picked this one up today.
Previous owner says no signs of life.
TV looks immaculate and its a 2022 model year so I thought maybe the one connect cable was damaged.
Got it home and put it on the Kill-A-Watt power meter and it was completely dead.

The TV model is QN65LS03BAFXZA - version: CB06
                  The One Connect Box BN44-01066D / BN96-54788Q / BN39-02470A.

I immediately remembered EazyBone's Samsung The Frame TV no power....One Connect thread and am preparing myself to tear the One Connect open and hunt for dead parts.

                  Will keep you all...

Samsung One Connect Box SOC1001N vs SOC1004N
                  by atkallu
I am asking have somebody information about Samsung one Connect boxes compatibility ?

So, can I use SOC1001N box on the TV which have SOC1004N box, is it compatible ?

SOC1001N box has been worked with Samsung QE55Q8 and the SOC1004N box has been used with Samsung QE55Q9.

Boxes part numbers are the same: BN68-08730A-00.

Samsung 55HU8590 UE55HU8590 maybe one connect box ocb
                  by An-klamm
                  Hello!

I have a TV that I can't get any further with.
It is a Samsung UE 55HU8590 with one connect box.
When I turn on the TV without the one connect box, the animation on the TV tells me to connect the ocb.
As soon as I connect it, the TV restarts (panel goes dark) and the TV tries to start continuously (relay on the SMPS clicks about every 3 seconds).
Since the TV works without ocb, I assume that it can't be the PSU?!
I have measured all contacts of the one connect cable against GND on the ocb board and there is no short circuit anywhere.
                  Is there...
