Sharp lc42d64u possible setting issue or bad tuner?

Hello again.. this sharp aquos LC-42D64U was my personal tv for the last year but i only used it as a additiion to my computer monitor for watching movies and also for playing ps4 both via hdmi.
Last night when i switched to the 46 i took this to my nephews room so he can use it for a few days till it sells on CL but ran into a problem. i know all components work fine as does HDMI but when he connected his cable box to it via coaxial the picture came up fine but no audio. just a slight almost ear ringing sound and extremely muffled speech at high volume. every tv i fix he runs it thru a rigorous 3 day ps3 marathon and never had this problem before.. is it a setting or does this have a bad Q thingy? the sound display says mono and flashes from green to red and sometimes alternates from mono to sap on its own but no sound just the squeal

------>the sound display says mono and flashes from green to red and sometimes alternates from mono to sap on its own but no sound just the squeal<------

pressing the audio button switches it from mono to sap but it dont stay just makes a quick noise and continues to do above

                  Issue with Sharp LC-42SB45U
                  by claytongarcia
                  Hello everyone,

I recently got a model Sharp TV, and I've noticed that the green power LED is flashing without any specific pattern. Additionally, there appears to be no voltage coming from the power board. I haven't observed any leaking or bulging capacitors, although the top of the larger capacitor doesn't seem to be perfectly flush with the jacket—if that makes sense.

Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

MacBook Air A2337 (820-02016) USB-C Port Issue – Only Works in One Orientation (CC Line Problem?)
                  by rounin
                  Hi everyone,

I'm working on a MacBook Air 2020 (A2337, board 820-02016) and running into a strange USB-C issue. I've gone through quite a bit of testing and part replacement, but I'm stuck — hoping someone here can shed some light.

                  🛠 Original Issue
                  The machine initially wouldn't negotiate 20V over USB-C — stuck at 5V.
Diagnosis showed PP1V5_UPC0_LDO_CORE shorted to ground.

I replaced U3100 (UF400) using a donor board (A2179), and the machine powers on fine now.

⚠️ New Problem: One USB-C Port Only Works in One Orientation...

Three 820-01700 32GB Logic Boards Same Issue: Won't Wake From Hibernate
                  by ugamazing
I have three identical-spec 820-01700 boards (2.6/32/512), and ALL THREE boards came to us with the same fault, from different sources: The boards don't wake from hibernation with the keyboard or lid, they ONLY wake when you press the power button. I understand this is a very minor issue, but the boards must be fixed!

We will of course begin with the obvious (checking lid signals), but I couldn't help but notice these three boards were all 32GB variants. Has anyone noticed an issue relating to these 32GB boards in particular? I of course don't think it's a RAM issue, but it's bizarre...

Samsung SyncMaster 740n Phase Control Issue
                  by vincentedel
                  Hello,
I'm having an issue with the Samsung 740n's phase control setting. When I use the automatic adjustment, it sets the value to around 54 (with a range of 0-100), and the picture looks clear and sharp. However, after some time—like after playing a game—the text starts to look blurry. When I auto-adjust again, it may increase the value to 80, and everything becomes sharp once more. Yet, after a while, whether it's a few hours or a day later, the same blurriness returns, and I have to adjust it again.

I'm using the Samsung 740n monitor drivers instead of the default plug-and-play...

                  Hello guys!
I have a strange issue with my laptop keyboard and I'm lost trying to detect what's wrong - the KB9028Q-C or the keyboard itself.
It powers on OK and has no other issues except the following:
                  • CAPS LOCK does not work at all
                  • Fn button toggles Flight Mode
                  • When I press 't' or '5', it produces 't5', and when I press 'y' or '6', it produces 'y6'
                  • (with SHIFT pressed: 't%' and 'y^' respectively)
I initially thought it was a keyboard malfunction (internal short, etc.),
but when I press and hold...
