I have this nice 65" Vizio E65-E3.
I can see the images using a flashlight, but I checked the LED lights and they are all functional.
I checked voltages on the main board.
The LED volts are at 0 with power on and when I power the TV on, no voltage passes through those at all. No jump in voltage.
Pins 11-15 have the correct voltages.
pins 2-5 do not show any voltages when powering up the TV at all.
None of the Capacitors are blown.
All the other voltages are correct. Via Testing I would assume the LED Driver/ power board is bad.
The other option might be the T-con card.
