    PSU on LG 32lx1D

Can someone tell me what the Capacitors that are missing on my board are used for? They are C504 C511 and C541. This PSU is part #6871TPT303B.
I just got this and installed it temporarily to see if it worked and my tv comes on fine now. Don't want to put everything back together if they are needed for some other reason. If you look closely at C511 there is a silver prong sticking up out of one of the holes.

The prong is the remains of a cap - compare with other pictures on the net then ask the seller why they have been removed?
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Guess I will return board, can't find anything about those capacitors and every picture I see shows them installed.

          Sonos Connect Power Supply
          by UL161
Hi, I am trying to revive a Sonos Connect power supply (currently totally dead). No obvious damage to the eye, so I just decided to simply replaced all the Caps first. Unfortunately, that did not fix it.

Next, I'm thinking it could be one of the surface mounted chips. Particularly, one four pronged chip label says L 14 43 817 A W has no continuity (1st picture). I'm assuming this means it is bad? (But not sure.) Can anyone confirm if lack of continuity with this chip means it is bad? If so, can you suggest what this part is and what a replacement would be?? I am including pictures...

          Legion Y540-17IRH-PG0 troubleshooting

          Hello everyone,

I have a Legion Y540-17IRH-PG0 with NM-C541 Mainboard with the following symptoms.

After pressing the Power button ...
          • The fans spin very briefly and then turn off
          • The keyboard backlight turns on for 2-3 seconds
          • The power button and the side LED1 stay on for roughly 15 seconds and then turn off
I cleared CMOS which did not help. Charging seems to work just fine, so battery management is not the problem. I checked the power rails for shorts, seems fine to me. Only the NVVDD rail is fairly low resistance with 0.65 Ohms. However this can be normal for...
