CRT Panasonic Quintrix TX-28DK1 going into standby

    Hi Guys,

This is a CRT TV, and here are the symptoms; Over the course of the past couple of weeks, while watching TV on it, the thing would just go into standby. Sometimes it will work as normal for 2 hours, and other times the fault will happen after 30 mins - it's intermittent and sporadic.

Sometimes it will turn back on, but now when trying to turn it back on - it automatically goes back into standby after around 3 to 4 seconds. It wont switch on at all now.

Does anybody know where I should be looking to fix the fault?

Being a former PCB assembler, I'm handy with a soldering iron, and I also have a multimeter to hand.

Panasonic TC-P60S30 - no standby voltage
    by BobbyMJ
    Hi All,
Wanting to learn some electronics repair skills.
I found a non working Panasonic TC-P60S30 and this is my first project / attempt.

So far I have found a blown cap on the main power supply board.
After replacing it there's still no standby power.

Poked around and found a resistor on the PSUB power supply board that measures open.

An online resistor calculator shows this is a 93k ohm resister.

    My questions:

    Is that correct, 93k ohms?
    Is it a fusible resistor?
Lastly, how do I know what wattage?...

Panasonic SA-PM71SD Micro HiFi - not comming out of standby
    by Nevillet
    Hi All,

I have the above mini HiFi that after powering displays the standby LED and when the power switch is pressed the relay momentarily clicks in then cuts out again.

I've included an image of the power board schematic.

There is 5.9V present on pin 4 of CN507 and when the standby button is pressed 2.6V momentarily appears on pin2 of the same connector.

    Any thoughts would be welcome.

The service manual exceeds the Badcaps file size limit but it can be found here:...

Panasonic TH-55FX600 - No standby LED
    by Xrious
Got a TH-55FX600 that is showing no signs of life.

Outputs from the P board look good, but no 12V on the A board.

Very similar to https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...3e-identidy-ic but where Tibd has 3.3v on the EN pin I have nothing, no voltage at all.

Looking at the diagram for the IC I can see the enable is W_OPCTRL9, but I can't find a source for this, can anyone help please?

    Panasonic CF-D1NW200TZ BIOS Issue
    by Wizen
    Greetings All

    I have Panasonic CF-D1NW200TZ,
    SN: 8GTSA90529

The BIOS (MX25L12873F) is password-protected. I want to remove the password. I created a backup using NeoProgrammer and removed the password. Then, I restored the unlocked BIOS file using CH341A, removed the protection, performed a full wipe, completed the process with a blank check, and then wrote and verified it. Everything seemed fine, but now the tablet won't start. Only the power and Wi-Fi LEDs are lit, nothing else. The fan isn't spinning, and nothing else happens.

    tried to write back...

    Panasonic Heatpump Dryer Repair

I picked up a Panasonic NH-P70G2, though it would apply to the NH-P80G2, NH-P70G1 and NH-P80G1 models as well, as maybe some other models. This one was coming up with a H86 error. After lots of testing and googling it was an error with one of the thermistors in the condenser area.
The attached French service manuals is incorrect, TH11 is gray and is a 95k thermistor and TH12 is black and is a 35k thermistor.
In my case TH12 was bad. I was able to get a 35k thermistor on AliExpress. It's 6mm in diameter.
Unfortunately the whole machine has to come apart to fix it.
