Panasonic TH-55FX600 - No standby LED

Got a TH-55FX600 that is showing no signs of life.

Outputs from the P board look good, but no 12V on the A board.

Very similar to https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...3e-identidy-ic but where Tibd has 3.3v on the EN pin I have nothing, no voltage at all.

Looking at the diagram for the IC I can see the enable is W_OPCTRL9, but I can't find a source for this, can anyone help please?

Typical, just after posting and re-reading for the 4th time I think I understand, this is a PWM signal from the main IC?

So test by injecting 12V in to the bus and see if the rest of the TV is working or just replace the A board?

Sorry, typing and thinking at the same time..
