    Samsung UE46B6000VWXXC - Vertical Lines

Hi there guys, my samsung is giving me problems with vertical lines right in the midle of the screen, and it covers both sides. It's not the entire screen it's probably 30%, but it's like 20% one side, 10% the other side.

I've opened the panel, try to power it on to see if there was a problem with the ribbon cables on the T-com, but no result... But i noticed a "click" sound when i tuned it on on the power supply. TV takes some seconds now to turn on, and it keeps making the noise, then when on, this "click" stops, and the TV has this vertical lines. The click sound will be back when i turn off the TV.

So i took the power supply of the TV, turned it on alone(only the power suply conected) and that "click" sound never stops. I don't know exacly where it comes from, so i removed the capacitors that where closer to the sound to test, and they all charged and discharged ok with the multimeter, and i turned the TV on(without the capacitors) to see what it does without them and immediately blew up a chip.

I don't know what this chip is or if it was causing the problem, but it blew up. I turned the board on again with the capacitors on the board now, and it doesn't do any sound now.

How can i know what that was? Board is a PSLF171B01B, and the chips has written ICB801

Here is a pic of the board and what IC blew up.

It like ripped the top off, i have like half of the IC, but it doesn't help very much i guess... It has 3 lines. I can read:
    BR0665J
    G0916
    7167C4

    Can someone help?

      Thanks stj.

Could this IC be the cause of the problem? Or me taking the capacitors out just blew up the IC?

          Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
          by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

          Samsung UN46C8000XFXZA vertical bars/horizontal lines
          by x_orange90_x
I posted about this previously but didn't get any response, and I have some troubleshooted a bit so I have more info.

The screen is full of horizontal "gaps" or lines that distort the picture badly, and after about 10 seconds of powering it on the screen starts to fill with red vertical bars that take on the horizontal pattern. After the screen filled with the red bars, they instantly vanished and then slowly started to reappear. I initially thought it was tab bonding failure, but after getting down to them and pressing each one I find zero change in the picture. I went...

Thin stable coloured vertical lines on Samsung UN65NU6900FXZC come and go
          by polaro
          Greetings,

I've bought a used Samsung UN65NU6900FXZC LED TV. It worked fine for some time and then developed, at first, a single very thin (1 pixel) vertical stable blue line, from top to bottom, close to the left edge of the screen. Now it's 3 lines on the left. When I connect HDMI sources the number of the thin lines grow. After disconnecting and cold discharging I am back to 2 lines. The lines disappear at a rate of 15-20 minutes per line. So it does not look like a damaged LED panel. Any advice? Thanks...
