    Vizio VL370M image issue

So I have this Vizio, and I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. I'm hoping a corrupt eeprom, but I don't usually get that lucky. Audio works perfectly, but video is garbled. Even the bootup vizio logo looks the same. When playing a source via HDMI, there's actually no video 99.9% of the time. Every once in a blue moon a garbled image will flicker for a few seconds and then go away. Backlighting never fails. I hopped through the inputs via the source button on the side three different times tonight, and during one of them the TV turned off.

All voltages check out. A bit high (5.2v and 12.25v), but they're consistent.

Click on "Troubleshooting TVs and Video services" above
Try and get into the service menu and do a factory reset.

This may have been caused if you are treating hdmi as plug and play - set should be off when plugging in hdmi
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

        Using method 2:

        Vizio Service Menu Method 2
        1. Turn The TV off.
        2. Press and hold the {CH +} & {CH -} buttons on the TV.
        3. Then press and hold the {POWER} button on the TV.
        4. Keep all three buttons pressed for few seconds.
        5. Now press the {MENU} button on the remote.
        6. You should get your regular menu up, but with a "F" in the bottom right corner of the menu (This is for factory).
        7. Press and hold the {MENU} button for few seconds.
        8. The Service Menu will be displayed.

This is what I get. That's obviously not going to allow me to do anything, unless I know the exact key presses to perform a reset (which I don't).

Now I just feel silly! The bright blue blank screen on the VGA input made me believe the panel was just fine. It just felt like a signal issue. Reseated everything on the tcon, no dice. Disconnected and reconnected the LVDS cable on the mainboard and Bob's your uncle. Picture looks awesome again. Thanks for taking the time to give me some input, selldoor! The time and effort everyone here gives is always appreciated more than you guys can know.
