diah…I’m really sorry but I can’t remember. What I can say you it s before all your help, the tv was no image but no black black because there were lights from the back light, in some point more than other. When I put the jumper with the right side off and the left side on, there were no big changes always dark but with light on and in some point more light. When I unplug the left side and plug the right side, I saw a perfect image on the right side, and I remember very clearly that the other part now were more uniform, I don’t remember if white or black, but I remember it was all the same not with spots with more lights
tcl u65x9006 back light on but no picture sounf ok after 40 50 secs

Hi guys I tried to mask the right ribbon, also with different size of tape but nothing it s no picture. So I make some measure on the tcon and buffer board I give u the pictures with the valor. I did with the ribbon plugged in and with the ribbon of the right side unplugged. Do u suggest to try to make again the jumper and this time I have to make on the socket of the ribbon because I broke the pad….what you suggest? I tracked the fbbew that is still ok and it s the first pin the nearest on the socket. Do you think I have to connect this with the first pin the nearest near the brocken pad on the other side? Because that I can’t track because I break but I think it s the first pin near the Brocken pad. Thanks for your helpComment

now I made the jumper again, this time I used a nice really small wire, so I didn’t make a disaster. After make the jumper, with the right ribbon plug off and the left plug in I don’t have nothing in the screen. If I unplug the left sid and plug in the right side, for the first 20 30 seconds I don’t have pictures, but the screen changes. Now it’s black on the right side and white with grey orizontal lineon the left side. After 20 30 seconds I have audio and picture on the right side and in the left I have white with grey orizontal line. The orizontal line goes also on the right side where we have the picture, but it s not so bad.
so I put the photo so you can see all, and if u have any idea how to go forward I will listen you. So please help me thanks to all

Hi All,
Need help.
I have a samsung un60j620dafxza led tv. When I plug it in it has no display, no sounds, and no standby lights.
So I opened the tv and disconnected the power to the mainboard and the backlight powered up. This according to many people says that this is a mainboard
problem. I checked the voltage coming from the stb and I read 1.3 volts on pins 1,3,5 and 7 which are low volts instead of 13 volts which i think the lcd panel
might be drawing too much power from the power supply that it prevents the right voltage going to the mainboard.... -
Hi,
I have a VIZIO E70-E3.
Symptoms: Black screen, no picture, but LED backlights are working.
I probed the power board and voltages are as listed on the board.
Main board appears fine, too.
I believe the problem is either a bad T-CON board, or connection to LCD, or bad LCD.
There are two separate ribbon cables feeding the LCD.
If both are connected, the screen is black.
If only the ribbon cable that feeds the right side of the screen (when viewed from the front) is disconnected, the left side of the screen shows picture and... -
by iglitareHi,
i want to repair a Sony KD-75XF9005 TV that initially only showed a grey picture.
Backlight seems to work, Sound (Setup menu after reset) works.
If i dissconnect the left FFC cable from TCON to panel i have half a screen on the right. If left cable is connected always only the grey screen.
Interchanged the cables, its always only the right side that is working. Always grey if left side is connected.
With my small knowledge i would think at least the cables are good.
Can this happen because of a bad tcon board?
Or is it always a bad/shorted... -

by slimsoulHi, I'm new here and looking for some advice on how to diagnose an issue i have with 2 samsung TVs.
I have a UE32J5500AK and a UE48H6400AK both with the same issue of red light but nothing happening on the screen, the red light responds to remote or button press by flashing once but stays red. I have searched forums but most turn up a blinking red light.
I have tried replaceing the power board on the UE32J5500AK last year but this resulted in the same outcome.
The UE48H6400AK recently developed some small bright areas on the screen, then last week would not power... - Loading...
