Tom66 has the service manual see in his signature for link.
It doesnt seem to mention any fo the parts shown in your picture - what board is it on
Board make & number may help but it may be a proprietary part. I see there is another on the board the same

Can't tell you exact part but it is an isolator for translating ground referenced logic down to the FGND voltage. for the buffer boards.
