    Philips 47PFL4007T weird behaviour

This Led TV does act very strange. It certainly appears to be a mainboard issue. I will anyway tell what happens:

Every time the mainscord is pulled and put back in, the TV will show a "timeglass" on the screen for a while. Then all black.
After 30 seconds or so, the screen does come on, and set behaves more or less OK.
If the set is put to standby, there is sometimes impossible to bring it back to operation, without pulling the plug.
    Any "bells" ringing out there?

I was checking its FW according to Philips site it has the latest one available.

I found this in the owners manual :
The TV does not respond to remote
control or front controls when switched
        on:
The TV requires some time to start up.
During this time, the TV does not respond
to the remote control or front controls. This
        is normal behaviour
I guess some Philips tv's depending on the software willl display the timeglass or the Philips logo while booting up and some will just remain black screen while booting.
If its a new tv contact Philips, could be a problem with the main board?
