Samsung UE50NU7090U , no power , no led standby

By inserting power, on the diodes DM856...Dm859, there are 9 volts, when you press the power button the voltage is 12 volts, voltage present for a few seconds, then returns to 9 volts
The power LED remains off, always.
    Reprogrammed Ic 503 = 25Q40 and IC 501 = 25Q80, downloaded from the site
    The situation remained the same

Excuse me, did you received my private message on Italian forum? Did you disconnected led lights and watched power led and screen with torch?

Your right I don't think I did. Maybe I'll bust them out shortly and open a thread. I at least narrowed it down to something on the hot side.. the octocouplers had voltage fluctuation or something. After I get a little time I'll bust em out. These boards are like $150 on eBay so you know they have a high failure rate.

            Good call! Open soon

I have 3 of these TVs also with same problem. Just to note I had 1 working board and tried to swap ic from good board to bad one and it didn't work.
After switching ic's back to original boards the good board no longer worked and had same symptom.( no standby light and no power). So make sure if you order a new board you get the correct one.
              keep us posted

There is a winbond ic on the panel buffer board. Have you tried reprogramming that one?

Also you may want to post your original ic files here and see if Lotas can look at them and see if they're good. If they are bad he can fix them. Sometimes downloaded ones from the net will not work. Doesn't have the right info on them for your panel/ tcon
