Sony Bravia kdl40v2500 problem

I have a Sony Bravia kdl-40v2500 and i'm not sure if its a TCON or LCD panel tab problem. When the TV is turned on after awhile of being off the screen is filled with orange reddish bars and lines that move with the image after 2-10 minutes of being on the image comes in but a bar in the bottom left corner remains. Images that move within the bar are slowed or ghosted and have an off color. Is this a TCON problem or a LCD panel tab problem?
