I found a RCA L42WD22YX6 tv that is not powering on. When I plug the tv in I get a green light on the front but nothing else happens. I found some bad capacitors on the secondary side of the power supply and replaced all of the capacitors on the secondary side, even the ones that looked ok. However, now I have the power supply when plugged in to the tv continues to click. It almost sounds like it trys to start three times (3 clicks) and then shuts down (4th click). Then is immediately starts with the 3 clicks again and shuts down with the 4th click. I have tried unplugging the master and slave inverters while I tried to power on tv, still get the same clicking sounds. Would I need to replace the capacitors on the primary side of the power supply as well...at least that is where I am leaning towards but wanted to see what you all thought.
Thanks
