More info. I got the TV to work, but only for a minute or so.

I took off the cable from the power board to the main board and took wires 1-10 out of the connector. I put back in 3 wires twice (nothing working, but no clicking either) then I started 1 at a time.

When I got to wire 7, the TV started to act normal (no clicking, normal on/off button) with sound, but no picture. I plugged in wire 9 and the picture came on. The only wire not connected was wire 10 (B13V). The TV worked for about a minute and then started the on off cycle again.

      Any ideas?

Well, I bought a power supply (BN44-00427B) that I was assured works perfectly (taken out of a TV with a cracked screen) and the TV does the same thing.

This time though, with the cable disconnected from the main board, the backlight does light up and the TV still clicks on and off. With the old power supply, and
with the cable disconnected from the main board the TV did not click on and off and the backlight never came on.

I'm going to reflow the main board, nothing to lose.

I plug in the power supply with all connections and it clicks on and off. I plug it into just the power and nothing else and it clicks. I called the guy who said he has been working in
electronics for 28 years and told him this and he told me the main board damaged the power supply he sold me.

I think I'll just take the TV into Samsung and have them diagnose this problem, I'm getting nowhere with the internet and just wasted money on a used power supply.

So what was the final result? I ask because my TV is doing the exact same thing. Thanks in advance.

@ilzi92 i would consider making a separate thread on your issue plus Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem

I have un46d7000 with the constant reboot problem. Found a replacement board for a good price, these boards are pricy. Installed the new board, it's still rebooting. Is it the nand chip or led strips?

If you looked at the service bulletin posted, an open LED string will cause rebooting.
