    Have a 50" insignia VS voltage slowy rises!

    have a NS-PDP50HD-09 insignia. The VS voltage slowly rises, if i have the xmain and y sustain unplugged. jumps to 25V then up to 45 and slowly climbs to 170. waveforms look good on primary side, but secondary you can see the slow rise before it even makes it to the diodes. anyone seen this before or have any ideas?

      PSU's do weird things sometimes when Not loaded....

      Attach a 250V 100W Lamp to the Vs output and re-test...

          after getting some sleep i took another stab at it this morning and decided to trace back the primary side of the VS. mostly because the smaller voltage that also runs off that line(15V) was rising slow too. found the problem to be the 2 caps that run in parallel with eachother directly off one side of the primary. attached a picture. replaced these and fired right back up. instant 210V even under load. hope this helps many.

              i have Gigabyte Z490 Gaming X Motherboard .it has a power on no display fault .. no vcore voltage and debug led stuck CPU LED .

              VCCIO voltage ok
              VCCSA Voltage OK
              VCCPLL Voltage OK

              Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum. I have a Panasonic LED TV which doesnt turn on and is blinking 4 times repeatedly when I turn on the switch. The TV does not respond to the remote control so I had to turn on using the physical switch on the side of the TV. When I turn on the switch the 4 x blinking starts and repeat itself until I turn off the TV. There is a black screen. I turned off the light in the room to check the panel and I think there is no backlight as far as I can tell.

              Good day everyone,

              Let me preface this with letting you know that I have a smalltime computer repair shop but do not have a lot of experience when it comes to board diagnostics. I am good at soldering etc but finding the issue if there isn't an obvious burnt component is not my strong suit.

              The other day I got a customer come in with a macbook A1990 (motherboard 820-01814-A) that would not turn on and had previously been getting the warning message that the battery needed servicing. (Most folks seem to ignore that message, just like the check engine light in vehicles.)...

              Fail: Does not charge battery, has low voltaje on connector.

              Laptop didn't want to turn on, only charge led blinked.

              I found PQB5 (mosfet high battery charger) in short, voltaje in +12.6V_BATT was 19 v ...

              I changed it, changed PQB6 too and now battery charger voltage is 4.4V but battery is 3 cell, 11.25v, then is very low to charging.

              Laptop turns on without battery and works fine, but with battery turns on and turns off inmediately, I suspect battery bad but I don't know...
