          so with everything hooked up and tv turned on or just hit the on button, carefully check the voltage of CP803S and the other 2 beside it, dont touch those with your hands, HIGH voltage.

                With everything hooked up the TV can't be turned on, the front red LED no light up, the power button not respond, the remote control no respond. The voltage on main capacitors is 166v.
                I know that this look like a main board problem, but I changed the MB 2 times and everything remain same.
                I disconnected the MB to PS cable and the LEDs light up and I connected the cable back again and the TV work perfect until I disconnect the power cable, after that the TV become unresponsive again.

                    I bought a new Power Supply Board and the TV works correctly. I'm trying to repair the original board and I have the boards side by side connected to the power, every measure until now are the same.
