Philips 55POS9002/12 - No PS_ON voltage from main board

I wondering if there are some usual faults regarding the PS_ON signal from main board to PSU board?
    Where do i start looking?

I have standby light and the PSU is working if i connect 3.3V to the PS_ON pin on the psu board.

How bout a clear focused straight on picture of powerboard and the legend/map depicting expected voltages, should be nearby the connector.

The powerboard is ok, but don't get the ps_on from main board.

Many times when the mainboard isn't sending the power on and or bl-on signal it's the processor on the mainboard with bad solder connections, a diy reflow done properly can get it working again if that's the issue. If done properly it will not hurt to try it, many how to videos on youtube, some better than others of course. Look at this thread, lots of good info on the subject: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...-no-backlights

LED is flashing 3 fast, pause, about 40 fast and then repeat.
