Can't find that manual unfortunately. Only for other models, which might be different. I'd start testing voltage regulators...

Would need part #s to confirm, but those seem good.
Next step, check voltage each end of marked devices (black on chassis, red each end)

heres all the measurements tom but if i gently touch that ceramic capacitor ive ringed the noise stops

i think ive fixed it tom the capacitor i have red ringed in the picture had split away with a crack in the solder,you could basically move it so re-soldered it and testing now

@tom ok tv still running fine since ive fixed it but do you know whats causing this in the picture ive attached,it seems to be on the right hand side in the corner of tv blue dots running down the panel and on the left red dots running down the panel ?

Does it appear on all inputs, like Freeview and SCART, or just HDMI. If it's HDMI, try turning off 1:1 scan (pixel perfect, just scan, overscan, etc.) Can be a result of poorly configured devices which underscan the screen.

hello just a quick question decided to give this tv to a family member all working fine since i fixed it,so my question is with the red and blue dots problem would it last or would it be worth getting a new main board since the fault was on there originally ?

I think it's a software bug... did you try the screen size options?

Yeah tried 16:9 4:3 etc still the same I even updated the tv to latest firmware
