Element Main Board CV318H-T Reverse Picture Problems

Hi everyone!

I have an issue with an Element ELDFW407 TV. The original CV318H-T (1205H0911A) main board displayed red only on the screen for television reception only. So I replaced the CV318H-T board (28H1494A) and all color is restored. Problem is the screen is upside down. I also believe control switches are in reverse. Has anyone seen this and if so is there a solution for it? Thanks a lot for any and all input!

i think this happen to me once, i think it was the wrong board many TVs will use the same board with different versions or different revisions, were you able to find another 1205h0911a? the different version maybe printed somewhere else or on a sticker

sounds like a trip into the service menu,and go into config settings,normally the picture will be reverse at 180 degrees ,have you been playing around in the service menu...?,you also may need to re-configure the screen size settings

If you get the picture fixed but the control buttons are still backwards, you can swap the wires. I once swapped the guts from a Polaroid into an Element and had the same control problem. I used my meter to determine which wire to swap VOL+ vs VOL-, pulled them out of the clip and reversed them. It worked fine after that. Even with the remote.
