Latest firmware for an LG PDP42X3 Plasma Control-Board for official SVC kit?

Ive had a look on LG site--but it looks to be a service-subscription only type scenario.

I have the (infamous) 42PC1D, with the PDP42X3 xx series panel--showing the red-dot syndrome of mal-discharge, needing a Control-Board firmware update to cure....

Ive got the Blue-Chips/L.G. official SVC kit with the Update board, cables and CD, but the CD is dated 2007, It covers a lot of different models and versions of the PDP's including the one I need, but I'm guessing there must be a more recent version by now, and its not something I relish doing--twice......

I have other faults on the set, so I'm going to look at that fault first, mentioned in a different thread, and then fire up my old laptop--as the driver software for the update-board is based on 32 bit, --wont work on win7!

    Any ideas?

windows 7 does support 32 bit providing your running he x86 version and not the x64 but both should work anyway

if you have issues try running it in compatibility mode

Embedded Controller issues, living an absolute H*LL with my ASUS Vivobook Pro 16X OLED
          by GardevoirForEver
I've been dealing with so many complications for months, trying to find and then fix the root cause of the issue I really need help and I have to solve this on my own (Going to Asus headquarters isn't an option for me. First, because I'm very stubborn and want to insist that I can fix this sort-of-myself somehow, and second, the location is too far away for me anyway).

Right now I'm desperate trying to put an end to this nightmare, but OK, I'll do my best to be somewhat brief in explaining and relating the entire situation and context.

SONY KDL-65w850c need latest firmware 6.827
          by AlexWhat
In 2022 SONY did "Termination of TV Software Update" for this model.
I did find older firmware but it can't be installed over newer one (rolled back)
Yes, got boot loop during android load so if that will not work then EMMC has to be replaced, I think.

Anker SoundCore 2 Bluetooth Speaker Turns Off After a Few Seconds (Possibly Firmware Issue?)
          by zklgfs
          Hi,

I have an Anker SoundCore 2 (A3105) that I saved from the trash (well, I guess there's a reason why it was supposed to go into the trash...). The problem is that it always turns off after a few seconds (sometimes it stays on a bit longer, between 30 and 60 seconds, but it still turns off). The power light turns on and the bluetooth light starts blinking, but both abruptly turn off again. The "turn off sound" is still played after the lights turn off. Sometimes, it also loops the on-off cycle several times without me pressing any buttons. If I connect an AUX cable, music...

          Ubiquiti firmware help. US-8-150W POE
          by gurj1979
          Hi guys.

I've got a Ubiquiti US-8-150W POE switch which has issues with updating the firmware.
Turned out to be a bad EEPROM chip. It would read the firmware and work as normal, but failed to write new firmware to it.

So I took off the chip and read on EEPROM and saved it. Wrote to old chip and failed to write
Got New chip and writes good.

          THE PROBLEM...
It fails to fully load the firmware, POE lights fail to work during g firmware test during load. I'm suspecting bad EEPROM Read.

Does anyone have a Good Firmware I can have?...
