I need the same type t-con 404652HHC8LC1.8 LJ94-01954F for my KDL-46XBR5 TV.
Did you try the Samsung LJ94-01953H T-Con Board whcih Jimmy shop recommend?

I have the same problem and are after a 404652HHC8LV1.8 board. TV comes on sometimes if i keep changing/holding down the channel button while on or it will turn off after about 30 secs. Once finally pic appears it will stay on and act normally. Have seen status report and it indicates Tcon board however ive seen two versions of the board on various sites.
