40rv525u - Green LED Light Flashing

I've read the other threads on this issue (and also google), and it doesn't seem like anyone got a resolution, so thought I would try again! We have a Toshiba 40rv525u, whereas the green power light will flash but the tv will not come on.

We've already replaced the power board, so I know that is not the issue.

Any ideas? I'm happy to check voltage, etc - but please explain exactly what to do while doing this as we're very much novices! I found the main board, the tcon board, and the backlight inverter for sale online, but I hate to throw more money at this set for it to just still not work.

Do you see any labels on the connector on the power board going off to the main board?

I couldnt see any labels on the connectors, but I took some closer pictures if that helps?
