Tuner Can or Tuner Module.

If you mean just the red circled part - I would call it an RF input socket
or Aerial Socket. Sometimes they are threaded.

Yeah, sometimes I see them as an RCA-like jack, sometimes they are threaded.
Usually they are soldered to the can, so removing is a PITA :S
