I been looking online and can't find this data sheet for a 20u65ct.

Re: Need data sheet
You can tell the specs from those numbers on the chip.
schottky barrier rectifier (or two schottky diodes in a package with the cathode common)
20 is maximum 20 Amps
65 is 65v reverse voltage.
Replace with anything that has 20a minimum, around 65v or more, in a package that's insulated (no metal tabs etc) or get even something with metal on the backside but then make sure you insulate the part with some mica sheet and use plastic spacer for screw etc etc
For example these may work:

etc etc :

(select 1 pair common cathode, then filter by current and voltage)
Here's the actual datasheet for the part:Last edited by mariushm; 11-23-2013, 12:48 PM.Comment

Re: Need data sheet
That could be OK, the voltage rating on those parts just has to be ABOVE the voltage going through them, and usually it's a good practice to go 2-3 times the operating voltage. They probably went with 65v rated parts because those were the cheapest they could get.
It could be perfectly fine for one to have 18v and the other one to have 12v, it depends on the design.
Just use your multimeter in diode mode and test the two diodes for shorts, if they're not shorted it's a good part.Comment

Re: Need data sheet
O. I figured it would put out the same voltage. Yea I did the diode test on my mm and they read fine.Comment

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....-

by welcometooHi brothers, please i need help diagnose acer nitro 5 no display issue.
model: nitro 5 an515-55
motherboard part number: GH51M LA-K862P Rev: 1A
i received this laptop with a short in power line, it was a capacitor + a mosfet on VCORE line , the laptop turned on cpu and gpu getting warm all voltages seem ok except vcc_gt but no display/caps lock activity also no hdmi out.
i flashed new bios also ec(ene kb9022) the same result .
disabled discrete graphics (rtx 3060 ) by cutting its power and shifting a resisror near pch VCC_GT comes but still the same...4 Photos -
by kingiiiHello, A customer told us that there is a data recovery company that can by pass IMac pro 2020 with t2 chipset GPU to get their data back, I am wondering if that is possible. GPU is shorted and Imac wont boot at all. I informed customers that data are almost impossible to be retrived, and they are upset and think we are BS them. Of course being up in Canada, people like to believe that usa will have a better solution for it, a US data recovery company they searched on google told customer that they could get the data back without needing worry about T2 chip or Imac not working all that, I do not...

by flibidyI have here a Magnum IA.100 which belongs to my parents.
The unit powers on & when the relay kicks in, you get a pop from the speakers (this might sound weird but is usual behavior for this amp). However, you get nothing coming through it from any of the inputs & no pops and crackls from any of the controls.
Because of the sound from the speaker when the amp turns on I have assumed that the output section probably works but I could be wrong & I'm not sure how to test that side of things further.

Hi, I'm an elevator technician. The attached oscilloscope display picture is from a digital elevator hall arrival lantern data signal. We have been having problems with “ghost signals” causing intermittent hall arrival lanterns to illuminate randomly when the elevator is not actually due to arrive at the floor.
The tech support of the hall arrival board manufacturer (CE Electronics) is blaming the elevator controller manufacturer (MCE), and the tech support of the elevator controller blames the hall arrival board manufacturer.
The boards are powered by a ground referenced... - Loading...
