LG 37LE4500 bad panel

Uh oh, another dead LED TV panel.
Got this one in with backlight no picture. My first large screen LED TV.
Proceeded to find L701 ferrite bead on main board to be open circuit, it feeds T-con power. (There was no voltage at t-con.)
Fixed that but am presented with this. Half panel works. White bar on part of panel.
Found evidence of water damage on the 2nd tab from left, so I think this panel is toast.

Can't win them all .

Here's a closer look at the damage.
Damage to the ribbon bond point and the tab itself is visible; I was not able to fix this (not surprising.)
