I also have the TC-P65S1 and recently has been acting up. One day i went to turn it on like normal and i heard a couple more relay clicks than normal and the panel wouldn't turn on. The LED on the front would blink 6 times, pause, and 6 times again, ect... The only way I could get the TV to work would be to either unplug it from the wall or hold down the power button. This would then cause the TV to power up like normal. It would then work fine as long as it was powered on. But once off for an extended period of time it would continue to not power up. I was able to locate the service manual for the TV and it stated that the 6 blink was an SC Board failure. So i swapped out the SC board, buttoned it back up and same story. Which brings me to now. I could continue to replace parts until i find the culprit but that doesn't seem like the most cost efficient route to go. Does anyone have any suggestions that might correct my issue? Thanks in advance.
