    Vizio XVT553SV Main Board Short

So heres a vizio that's non-responsive. Vizio logo glows amber when plugged in but no response when trying to turn on. Seems this one had a power surge through it from a cable box and into the HDMI which I seem to get a lot happening with these vizios.

All fuses have checked out good.
I found an IC near the HDMI ports with a burnt hole in it. Anyone know what this chip is and what the label is? I can't make it out because of the hole. I found a repair service on ebay for this main board model, so I'm guessing this is a common problem?

If I can find what and where to get that shorted chip.

So far doing some searches I found the chip might either be
    SIL9385CTU
    or
    SIL9185CTU

anyone know anything about these chips?

I can find SIL9185 on ebay but nothing on SIL9385. The reason why I feel like it might be SIL9385 is if you zoom into the picture the number before "85" looks a little curved almost like a 3. (I searched every possible numbers on google but came up with those two model numbers that might match)

Anyway I just removed the chip from the main board, and now I plug in the TV, the vizio logo would blink orange and white about 86 times then finally stay orange. (I remember my other vizio blinks 14 times as a reboot method everytime you disconnect the power but this one is 86?? seems strange...)

Well after it stops blinking I'm able to turn on the TV now, it'll show the logo on the screen for a second then go away and only show a black screen with backlight. (I was expecting at least the HDMI label while guessing the HDMI ports don't work anymore but its just a blank screen) I'm not exactly sure how this hdmi chip works. And also I'm not able to turn off the TV unless I unplug the power.

I would think there is a small chances replacing the chip might fix the problem, if I ever figure out the label on the chip. Otherwise I'll need to get a new main board for $150-$200 on ebay.

I know this is a dead post, but in cases like these, one thing to try is to look up the board on shopjimmy... and click on the photo of the board.
They often have very large and clear photos of each side of the board.
In this case, the photo shows the ic to be sil9385ctu
