LG 42LV4400 no picture, red light, no response to remote controls.

Good Evening,

I plug in the TV and get the red light on the front but no picture. I tried using the remote with no change. I am getting the 5vdc start up. I am not getting the 12vdc. I checked the 2 fuses on the main board, I am getting the 5vdc on the right fuse, nothing on either side of the left fuse using chassis ground. I have changed U18. Any ideas???

I had this same exact issue a few months ago. Replaced U18, nogo still red light standby. Replaced mainboard due to main MediaTEK processor was faulty.

Power supply board pictures, any labels on the connectors of the power supply? I think one of the fuse does not show the voltage is due to the 12v is not switched on to supply the 12V to that fuse.
