Huh, cannot find that panel model.
I found that the UL E-Number belongs to FUNAI, but they're the one who made the rest of the TV. I don't think they make the panel as well.

Mine is a sylvania LC320SXL different panel but it has all the same parts. look at the small number on the upper right side. FUNAI way of making more money I guess. I will post pictures of board numbers in a bit.

Have you fixed the white screen. I looked for a fuse on the hdmi input board but found none. I think I'm going to toss the one and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Hi guys I found the chassis number (FL10.3) and I also found a site to get the service manual for free. I hope this helps any one with a problem with these junk TVs.
