    lg 50pc5d-ul black lines

I'm having issues with black lines on my lg 50pc5d-ul. It started with a bad buffer board on the lower right hand side. I had a solid 2-3" vertical black line that went away upon replacing the board.

I ordered a new board replaced the old with the new and the line went away. My problem with that particular section went away. My problem now is I have several black lines starting at the right of the originally problem which has thin lines dividing each one. I heard a small pop and a spark when I was testing the old board and I'm not sure what happened.

    Can anyone help me?

Below is a picture of the issue I'm having. By the way the old buffer board is currently installed which is the reason for the bright white line

Unfortunately you have a defective panel, which is not repairable.

The panel can be damaged if any of the connectors on the Y-sus are plugged in while the Va is still live such as can happen if plugged in while power is connected, or if the cables are loose or intermittent. This is because the Va voltage, which is around 60V, may become available fractionally before the 5V rail. This internally reverse-biases the COF chip (parasitic intrinsic substrate diode), damaging it. The COFs are bonded to the panel and cannot be replaced.

Thanks Tom for the quick response. I had a feeling the display was faulty when I saw those faint lines. Although I didn't want to give up on it just yet, Thanks for putting an end to my frustration. I can't thank you enough!
