sony kdl-46v4100 after several try's it turns on

Hello I have a sony kdl-46v4100 it turns on after several try's
And works perfect until turned off then you have to try 5-6 times
Check caps didn't see any damaged one any help would be

How many tries? Does it shut itself off and turn itself back on? Do you get any red blinks from the little LED?

No red blinks just green it depends some times it's 2 or 3
Then other times it maybe 10 turns on when you plug it in

(1) How are your PSU output voltages when it doesn't turn on?
(2) When you say it turns on after several tries, are you pressing the power button on the remote or the TV?
(3) Are you unplugging the TV or doing anything else between those tries?

As I've said a few dozen times now, main boards are common failure points in Sonys. So, I'd keep that in mind when you're doing your testing.

Ill check voltages tonight I'm pushing power button on tv
It only takes a couple of seconds between tries then It will

Download it from Sony. You may need the TV's serial number. Put the file on an USB and then in the TV.
You should read the instructions.

Check capacitors with an ESR meter. Just because they aren't visibly bad doesn't mean they aren't.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but caps don't normally go bad in Sonys.
