When connecting to power before you push the power button the screen comes on White then start to flicker with a loud static sound then it shuts off.
I have inspected the main board 715G3531-1B and noticed the component labeled L600 looked bad see pic I don't know what this component is can some one give me a hint on where to find a service manual or schematic?
