Visio e470vl hdmi problems

Hello and again thanks for this forum -Some real sharp folks here.
Visio e470vl hdmi 1 no signal about 1 year ago, switched to HDMI 2. Today HDMI2 no signal , now I am on HDMI Side. Mom watches every day so I have not taken apart but I am guessing the severe thunderstorm at 4AM may have something to do with loosing HDMI 2. Some useful points in the right direction would be helpful. If someone is 90 % sure its a board, Ill just go buy it.

Not sure if this is your problem, but I fixed a few HDMI ports by resoldering the connections to the PCB. Requires a fine tipped soldering iron and a good magnifying glass, but it can be done.
