Hello,
Can anyone help me with what is 10blink code it says the zwei2_sos, what do i need to troubleshoot first. Is a small board in the panel.

Hello,
I think the problem is with the p board the 2 relays come on for a while make dc 300volts but i see no auxillary power to a board like +12v and +17v absent only stdby 5v and 3.3v are there. The ssc9512 has vcc power but the reg voltage at pin 9 absent is that the cause. Board nos are tnp4g467 and tnp4g469

Ok problem was with r7305 1mohm resisitor going to pin 1of ic ssc9512for acin detect signal.now the set is back to life thanks
