      The standby circuit voltage only shows when the relay clicks. When the relay clicks off, the voltage goes off too. I power on, picture comes, sound comes, then brightness slowly fades down and goes higher then relay clicks power shuts off. No more standby voltage. Can hear some weird buzzing grinding noise from the big capacitor during the brightness fading in n out. I can see the 60v to the backlight control board from the smps decreasing from 60v to 55v even without the socket plugged in.
