Samsung LE37R87BD tv text remaining on screen

I have a Samsung LE37R87BD tv has strange issue, firstly caps on power board was buldging so generall clicking on/off taking 20 mins to turn on. Replaced these and tv powers up as it should, but now Im noticing the text is staying on the screen and slowly goes away, also screen is darker than it was before the power issues, I was going to replace the T-con board and possibly the inverter, was just seeking a little advice before doing so as worst case maybe the panel going and dont wasnt to go to the expense of replacing boards if this is the case.

Can you perhaps show a picture of the problem? Or a video? Does normal TV blur the picture?

Did you just replace the caps that were bulging or all of them? Did you use low ESR caps?

All but 3 of the caps on power board were noticeably blown, reading on esr was still ok on remaining ones but replaced all as a precaution, used same brand as I have done in past for all other tvs I have repaired, Panasonic and Rubycon. Camera doesnt pick up the issue, it seems to be the white text or still images from the menu that stay on screen, it doesnt stay permanently and can not be seen from all angles, but square on to it can be seen by eye, also picture seems to be dark even with brightness on 100% and backlight on 10, im thinking the inverter may be failing, but dont want to replace if it is the panel / backlight that is starting to fail, TV is around 3 years.

It is more likely to be panel - probably tab bonds. On back of LCD panel there will be a sticker like CHI MEI OPTOELECRONICS, CHUNGWHA PICTURE TUBES, AU OPTRONICS, SAMSUNG etc. indicating who made the actual LCD glass, what does it say?
